Cancellation Policy: We service clients by appointment only, if you are unable to make it to your appointment, we require that you notify us preferably 24 hours in advance or by business opening (9am) the day of your scheduled appointment at the latest. This time allows us to fill your appointment slot. In any case, without reasonable notification of your appointment cancellation, we lose the ability to accommodate another client & a late cancel fee of $15 will apply for each service slot scheduled. If an appointment is missed without notice of a cancellation, the appointment is considered a no call no show and will result in a charge of 100% of the services reserved. Please note this is the reason for credit card information being placed on file when booking an appointment. We assure all clients their personal information is kept safe and confidential.
Scheduling: Our schedules can tend to book quickly so we recommend planning ahead to obtain your desired appointment day and time. In the event your desired day and time are not available, there are options available in order for you to obtain an appointment including Happy Hour After Hours™ and joining the Waitlist both available through online booking. At any rate the schedule is is constantly changing as cancellations do occur and our online booking is always up to date. Feel free to check sporadically for an opening.
During business operating hours, our first priority is the clients we are servicing. In some cases, we are unable to answer the phone but we do make it our priority to return missed calls and voicemails in a timely manner. We encourage clients to book online if their call is in reference to appointment availability as it is always up to date and accurate.
