7-Day Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase, The Wax Bar will charge you full price for the visits already used and issue a refund for the remaining balance.

After 7-Day Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your membership after 7 days, there is a $35 cancellation fee.  The Wax Bar will charge you full price for the visits already used and issue a store credit for the remaining balance.

Transfer Policy

Should you decide to transfer your package from one service to another, The Wax Bar will charge you full price for the visits already used and apply any remaining balance due toward your new membership purchase.  We do not charge a fee for transferring a membership.  The membership under no circumstances can be used or transferred to another guest whether temporarily or permanently.
