WE ARE RE-OPENING FRIDAY MAY 15TH

Effective Friday May 15th our salon will reopen to our amazing clients and the general public.  

I appreciate your patience during such an unprecedented time.  We made it through!

 Online Scheduling will open Saturday May 9th at 9am.

Safety of course, is the first priority and I have created a number of protocols to build confidence for everyone as we move into reopening and providing services.  Click the tab in our menu titled COVID-19 RESPONSE for all details pertaining to how services are being handled moving forward within the salon.

  • CURRENT SALON HOURS AS OF 3/1/2020                                              

         Sun & Mon CLOSED / Tues-Fri 9am - 7pm / Sat  9am - 5pm

  • We service clients by appointment only, if you are unable to make it to your appointment we require that you notify us preferably 24 hours in advance or by business opening (9am) the day of your scheduled appointment at the latest.  This time allows us to fill your appointment slot.  In any case, without reasonable notification of your appointment cancellation, we lose the ability to accommodate another client & a late cancel fee will apply.  If an appointment is missed without notice of a cancellation, the appointment is considered a no call no show & is subject to full charge of the missed appointment(s).  Please note this is the reason for credit card information being placed on file when booking an appointment.  We assure all clients their personal information is kept safe and confidential.

  • Our schedules can tend to book quickly so we recommend planning ahead to obtain your desired appointment day and time. Although we do not keep a waiting list, cancellations do occur and our online booking is always up to date. Feel free to check sporadically for an opening if you're in need of sooner availability.

  • During business operating hours, our first priority is the clients we are servicing.  In most cases, we are unable to answer the phone but we do make it our priority to return missed calls and voicemails in a timely manner.  We encourage clients to book online if their call is in reference to appointment availability as it is always up to date and accurate.
